​Primary School

After kindergarten, kids pass on to primary school. It is divided into the lower level (grades 1 to 3) and middle level (grades 4 to 6) and takes 6 years to complete.

After grade 6 of primary school, the students have two different options. They either pass on to secondary school or change over to baccalaureate school (Gymnasium). To change over to a long-term baccalaureate school, the students need to pass an admission examination.
